By accessing TokyoAlphaMetrics.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.
Our platform provides specialized data performance auditing. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any subsequent updates to these protocols. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
02 Proprietary Systems and Content
All algorithms, benchmarking metrics, logic flows, and visualization techniques displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Tokyo Alpha Metrics. This includes our proprietary "Alpha Index" methodologies used to evaluate business system efficiency.

03 Service Reliability and Accuracy
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Tokyo Alpha Metrics does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our analytics systems rely on third-party data inputs; as such, users acknowledge that minor discrepancies between real-time data and historical benchmarks may occur.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our benchmarking platform at any time, including the availability of specific data modules or reporting features, to maintain the integrity of our analytical output.
04 Limitation of Liability
Tokyo Alpha Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our benchmarking metrics. Business decisions made based on our data intelligence are the sole responsibility of the user.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Tokyo Alpha Metrics in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of TokyoAlphaMetrics.digital or our analytics systems will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur.
